Dave Drinkward is the Vice President of Hoffman Construction Company.  He handles myriad of issues, including contract negotiation and management, human resources and employment, litigation management, labor relations, corporate governance and compliance, and insurance and bonding.  Dave is active in Portland’s nonprofit community, currently serving as a board member of Meals on Wheels People.

Kelly Haines

Kelly Haines, Vice Chairman

Kelly Haines oversees the Construction/Infrastructure sector at Worksystems, Inc.  She works with industry leaders to develop and implement a regional workforce plan to support the construction trades.  Kelly has a background in workforce development through her work in the residential energy efficiency sector, where she led the development and implementation of workforce and contracting equity standards.  She was formerly with Clean Energy Works Oregon, and prior that, she conducted indicator research for the City of Portland’s Bureau of Planning and Sustainability.  Kelly has also been a union organizer and is very involved in the local labor community.  In her free time, she loves to go for walks in Portland’s Kenton neighborhood, practice Kung Fu, and explore alternative economic theories.

Anne Fishe is an architect and principal of ARF Architecture, a sole proprietorship firm that has been providing architectural services to public and private clients in the Portland area since 1992.  The firm has focused primarily on public, community, commercial and multifamily projects.  After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, she accumulated years of experience in offices in New York, San Francisco, Berkeley, California, and Brussels, Belgium.  Her work experience includes all types of architectural projects.  From 1995 to 1997, she was a Project Architect for the Portland Bureau of Parks and Recreation, where she oversaw numerous architectural projects.

Michael Burch

Michael A. Burch

Michael A. Burch is a Portland native.  He is a Representative for the Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters.  His primary focus is community outreach and public relations, so his job keeps him very focused on educating the community about the opportunities and benefits of a career working as a carpenter in the construction trades.  Through building coalitions and working in partnerships throughout our area, he has been successful engaging and recruiting low-income women and ethnic minorities into construction careers.

Zack Culver

Zack comes to us with more than 15 years of experience in the construction trades and currently works out of Local 737 in Portland Oregon.  He has worked for multiple contractors and has an excellent aptitude for what it takes to meet the hiring needs of contractors regarding potential employees.  In January 2014, Zack became a Business Representative for Laborers International Union Local 296, and is currently the Business Manager for Laborers’ International Union of North America Local 737.

Keith Edwards

Keith Edwards has served as a Shop Steward, Business Manager, and President of IBEW Local 48.  He has held Executive Board positions at the Oregon AFL-CIO, Northwest Oregon Labor Council, Oregon State Building and Construction Trades Council, Construction Apprenticeship & Workforce Solutions, Inc., and United Way of the Columbia-Willamette.  He has organized volunteer licensed electricians to rewire our training facility.
