“Employees praise the organization’s decision-making process — whether it’s planning the return to face-to-face or hybrid work or providing input into the design for the building’s murals. “I am empowered to make decisions about my work, and what is best for the organization,” says one employee. “We provide the people we serve the support and access to programs outside of ours that can help them achieve success. The project team is focused on the success of our graduates and we are extremely supportive of each other as well.”
