Programs to Rebuild Lives

We provide construction career training to 80 adults each year, place at least 65 in new careers, and provide career retention and advancement services for 60-70. We serve 25 high school youth through our summer program.

Participants are:
  • 64% Unemployed
  • 100% Low income (individual & family)
  • 69% People of color
  • 62% Criminal Justice System affected
